Chemical etching
Process
Pretreatment
The process of removing contaminants from the surface of a material using alkaline chemicals. It facilitates the adhesion of the film afterward.
Lamination
It is a process of attaching resist (dry film) to both sides of the material and is carried out in a clean room operated under strict management standards.
Exposure
Adhering the master film (mask) to both sides of the material in a vacuum. It is a process that examines and photosensitizes with a UV lamp and is carried out in a clean room operated under strict management standards.
Development
It is the process of removing the resist on the unphotosensitized area with a chemical and exposing the material to be etched.
Etching
Spraying a chemical that dissolves the material. It is a process in which the material in the exposed part is melted. This produces the dimensions and geometry specified in the drawing.
Stripping
This is a process to remove and clean the resist remaining on the product after the etching process.
